Inventures has been selected as the preferred Consultants to support and assist Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in the development of their Estate Strategy for 2009 to 2019.

The objective is to ensure the Trust’s estate is efficient, effective and fit for purpose in years to come; identifying and consequently delivering cost releasing efficiencies whilst improving the patient experience and safety and continuing to meet the required Operational Framework and Business Plan Targets.

The new Estate Strategy will build on the Trust’s current position by identifying service plans and the estate Development Control Plan solution to accommodate existing and future planned service developments. The strategy, which reflects the changing needs of the health services provided by the Trust, will be developed and taken forward in Estate terms to support the Trust’s strategic aims. Flexibility will be incorporated to meet the changing needs of future service demands in the context of the changing economic and political environment.
